The Hegarty Fellows Program is funded through the generous support of the Office of the Provost, the Office of the Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies, and the College of Education.
Michigan State University and RESPECT are co-funding fellowships to provide training for postdoctoral researchers that have interests in the areas of autism spectrum disorders and intellectual and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. These are called the MSU-Hegarty Fellowships, named in honour of the late Sister Martha Hegarty who was a visionary and leader in the design and development of DOCTRID.
These two-year appointments are co-located at MSU and in one of our DOCTRID partner universities in Ireland.
More information about the RAIND-DOCTRID affiliation can be found here.
